Back-End Engineer (MID/SENIOR)

You will design, implement and maintain scalable backend services and data processing pipelines. You will architect data models and data infrastructure, build reliable microservices, and optimize systems for high load and availability. You will balance speed and quality to deliver tangible results and help establish the company’s core technology. You will manage multiple projects and collaborate across disciplines while continuously improving systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience delivering high-quality backend solutions
• Hands-on experience with scalable highly available high-load systems
• Proficiency in a backend programming language and willingness to learn new languages
• Strong analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Deep understanding of technology and system design
• Ability to handle multiple projects tasks and people in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and focused on finding balanced solutions
• Excellent English skills
