Backend Developer (Python/RoR)

Do you love programming, solving real problems, and experimenting with new technologies? At MindPal, we’re building intelligent systems that power products across energy, education, and HR-tech — all from our office in Gliwice.
We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who may not know everything yet, but is hungry to learn, open to challenges, and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales.

• 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.
• Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).
• Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.
• A love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.
• Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.
• Communicative English (written and spoken).
