About Job
- Lead the architectural design and core programming for large-scale enterprise business systems.
- Drive the end-to-end development of internal information portals and automated workflow platforms.
- Embed artificial intelligence capabilities into product features, ensuring all AI-generated outputs remain reliable, transparent, and reversible.
- Partner cross-functionally with data, product, and engineering teams to translate innovative concepts into scalable product features.
- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance the engineering team's overall capacity for rapid experimentation and continuous iteration.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong backend programming expertise in Golang, along with a solid grasp of I/O, multithreading, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis.
- Hands-on experience with modern databases and message queues, specifically MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ, and Elasticsearch.
- Proven track record in domain-driven design and abstract modeling, ideally serving as a core developer for complex business software or middleware.
- Enthusiasm for utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to optimize software delivery speed, code quality, and system reliability.
- Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin
