You will play an important role in guiding and supporting customers throughout their financial journey.
Responsibilities
- 5.5 days work week, working hours synced to the specific branch's opening hours.
- You will be stationed at one of the bank branches in Singapore.

- Engage with customers and provide suitable financial guidance based on their needs.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend personalised financial solutions that best support their goals.
- Assist customers in making informed financial decisions by providing reliable support and advice.
- Keep updated on market developments, financial trends, and industry changes.
- Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling and meeting customers to generate business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Minimum local Diploma or Degree in related discipline
- An interest in sales, able to attend to walk-in customers and do cold calling
- No experience is required - Comprehensive training will be provided
- Work as a team
- Good interpersonal skills
