Job Description

In a demanding and regulated banking context, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with dual expertise in business analysis and QA / testing, ideally in the field of electronic payment or banking.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements (payment, electronic payment, transactions).
• Write detailed functional specifications (SFG, SFD, user stories).
• Act as an interface between business lines, IT teams, and QA teams.
• Challenge requirements and propose functional solutions adapted to the banking context.
• Define the functional testing strategy and contribute to QA activities.
• Write test plans, test cases, and datasets.
• Perform or supervise functional, integration, and non-regression tests.
• Analyze anomalies, track their resolution, and participate in business acceptance testing.
• Contribute to securing electronic payment paths and the reliability of transactional flows.
• Participate in project committees and support production deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
• Solid experience in electronic payment / payments (card flows, authorizations, transactions, clearing).
• Proven practice of QA / functional testing activities in a banking environment.
• Mastery of writing functional specifications and test scenarios.
• Good understanding of complex information systems and inter-application exchanges.
• Comfortable with Agile / Scrum or V-model methodologies.
• Rigor, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, autonomy, and ability to take functional leadership.
• Fluent English mandatory (written and spoken).
• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5).
