Bar Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager who can provide an excellent drinking experience for our guests. Must have a passion for craft cocktails and the knowledge to back it up. Responsibilities and Duties

The main functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Offer world-class service
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess a customer’s needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
• Plan and present bar menus
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• As a part of management, you will be expected to uphold certain responsibilities like scheduling, beverage ordering, cash handling, etc.
