Position Overview
Family Behavior Solutions (FBS) is seeking a BCBA to provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision at our Woonsocket location. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and is ideal for a BCBA seeking clinical work with a strong leadership support and a clinic/team focused on compassionate treatment.
Weekly Hours:
3 Days in clinic 8:15am-3:45pm
1 Day 12pm-7:15pm
1 Work From Home Day
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership for clinic-based ABA services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for assigned clients
- Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to paraprofessionals during clinic hours
- Observe sessions (including DTT), ensure treatment fidelity, and provide in-the-moment training
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to behavior plans
- Collaborate with families, treatment team members, and interdisciplinary providers (OT/SLP)
- Support onboarding and training of new staff and assist with ongoing staff development
- Assist with behavioral crises and clinical problem-solving during assigned shifts
- Communicate clinical updates, concerns, and feedback with clinic leadership and the Lead BCBA
