BDC Representative
Paramus Hyundai is looking for a BDC Internet Sales Representative.
Prior dealership experience is required, Excellent communication and computer skills are also required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and interact with customers via phone, text, email and in person, in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments via inbound and outbound calls, text, email and in person.
- Confirm appointments prior to scheduled date.
- Respond to customer concerns and/or problems.
- Provide an “exceptional” experience for all customers.
- Assist in maintaining the highest rating in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Knowledge of basic computer functions and typing
- Enthusiastic and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
