Seeking a Beach Security Guard for the Lighthouse to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities include friendly and courteous enforcement of security protocols, and responding to incidents promptly. Essential Job Functions:

• Patrol designated beach dining areas.
• Respond to disturbances and emergency situations.
• Ensure no alcohol is coming onto the beach or leaving the beach
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to guest and employee incidents.
• Prepare incident and other reports and communicate all related information to hotel management.
• Access secured areas for authorized personnel.
• Complete incident/accident reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
