BI Analyst
- Design, build, and maintain KPIs, measurement frameworks, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making
- Build and maintain accurate, scalable, and easy-to-use dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Write SQL and Python to extract, transform, and model data from a central data warehouse
- Partner with business leads to translate goals into measurable metrics and communicate actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Improve existing measurement approaches, retire outdated reports, and evolve the analytics infrastructure as business needs change
- 3-6 years of data analytics experience
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries against a central data warehouse
- Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to help define what should be measured and why
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with Python for data manipulation or automation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
