Office Manager Salary: Starting at $11 per hour based on education and experience ๐ต
Job Type: Full-time, Weekends Off ๐๏ธ
Office Manager Number of openings: 1 ๐งโ๐ผ
Shift: Monday - Friday with a preferred schedule of 8:00-5:00 PM โฐ

Office Manager Job summary and responsibilities:
๐ Answer telephone queries from parents, suppliers, and general inquiries
๐ Office administration, filing, and archiving
๐ธ Be familiar with the Centerโs Health and Safety policy and ensure your own safety and that of others in the office! ๐ก๏ธ
๐ค Customer care โ ensuring all office-related activities are conducted to a high standard ๐
Office Manager Preferred Qualifications:
๐ High school diploma
๐ถ Experience in Early Childhood Education Preferred
๐ฃ๏ธ Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
Experience:
๐งโ๐ผ Office Manager experience preferred
Knowledge, abilities, and skills:
๐ฌ Build solid, communication-based relationships with children, their families, and other staff members
๐ Promote literacy throughout the classroom and demonstrate evidence of learning
๐ฉโ๐ซ Mastery of classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a team player

๐ง Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior
