As a Billing Support - Associate 2, you will contribute to the Finance Operations team, focusing on internal firm services within our Finance practice. You will play a key role in supporting the financial processes that drive our organization, helping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. As an Associate, you will engage in learning and development, building your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to various stakeholders, allowing you to build meaningful connections and deepen your understanding of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities
- Supporting finance operations by applying accounting policies and practices
- Conducting balance sheet analysis to identify discrepancies and trends
- Generating financial reports to provide insights into financial performance
- Prepare draft invoices under the guidance of senior associates and managers.
- Assist in tracking overdue invoices and following up on payments.
- Support the generation of DSO reports and other financial analyses.
- Help manage WBS codes and user access.
- Provide administrative support as needed to senior team members.
What You Must Have
- Minimum graduate
- At least 1-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
