BIM Coordinator / Modeller / Drafter

Job Summary

You will lead BIM modelling and coordination, manage project BIM data workflows, prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely project documentation and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM modelling and coordinate daily project BIM data sets and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prepare combined services and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT for ongoing projects
• Produce BIM drawing submissions for consultants in alignment with project timelines and requirements
• Coordinate with site personnel and subcontractors to update drawings and resolve clash detections efficiently
• Develop BIM models for project tender drawings to illustrate construction sequences clearly
• Prepare BIM and Technical Proposals tailored to project tender specifications
• Support the team in preparing submissions and materials for annual BIM awards participation
• Execute additional tasks assigned by Project Managers or Directors as needed
