BIM Drafter

Location: Central / West

Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and authorities’ requirements

• Update BIM models based on site changes, RFIs, and consultant feedback

• Generate BIM schedules, quantities, and reports

• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams
  

Requirements:

• Certificate in BIM / Autocad / Revit

• 2 years of relevant experience in BIM M&E drafting

• 3D model–based process used in construction and engineering to plan, design, build, and manage buildings and infrastructure.
