BIM Drafter

Job Summary

Prepare and maintain detailed technical drawings and BIM models to support construction and facilities management projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD to support project execution
• Utilize Revit software to develop and manage BIM MEP models aligned with the BIM Executive Plan (BEP) to meet client specifications
• Maintain and revise drawings as needed, implementing corrections as directed by supervisors to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with site staff and engineers to clarify details, penetration points, and provide sketches requested by clients for effective project communication
• Maintain comprehensive drawing reports and records to support project documentation and traceability
