BIM Manager/Coordinator/Modeller

JOB DESCRIPTION
Obtain and collate the update of construction works progress from each site.
Monitor submissions status and collate all approved materials, samples, RFIs and shop drawings in proper log sheets from site coordinators and tabulate metrics for tracking of site progress.
Manage the implementation of VDC/ BIM policies and standards developed by company.
Core Competencies Knowledge of preparing a well-structured BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for execution at site.
Knowledge of statutory requirements for lean planning, construction safety and quality, environmental sustainability, facility management & etc.
Knowledge of latest technology and most up-to-date modelling and visualization software for virtual navigation, VR (Virtual reality), virtual scheduling, rendering & videography.
Knowledge of good project management, focusing in particular on successful project delivery and milestones set in BEP.
Ability to manage and coordinate BIM Logistics (Contracts, Emails, File sharing, BIM Family & etc.)
Minimum Experience 5 to 8 years min experience in the use of BIM authoring & review softwares (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Bentley, SketchUp, Navisworks, Fuzor, Lumient & etc.)
Experience in using various visual documentation and presentation tools (e.g. MS Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Power Director & etc.)
