BIM Modeler

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to process new project enquiries and generating product drawing using BIM software and bill of material.

2. Responsible to process the awarded project, submit shop drawings using BIM software, final material extract and related documents

3. Responsible to attend customer complaints on precast elements with regards to dimensional and profile issues.

4. Responsible to assist in provide informative well organized departmental report, presentation, and training materials.

5. Responsible to generate template precast product models and detailing using BIM software.

6. Responsible to attend internal meeting.

7. Ensure the achievement of yearly corporate and department goals and outlines.

8. Ensure the efficiency usage of manpower.

9. Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard.

10. Responsible for compliance with Management Directive and company policies.
    

Job Qualification:

Education Required

• Minimum Diploma in Architectural / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in generating precast shop drawing using BIM software for building components of Singapore projects. TEKLA software is most preferred, while Planbar or Solid Works would be considered.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, TEKLA

• Knowledge in common profile of precast concrete products for building components.

• Knowledge in steel reinforcement detailing of precast concrete products for building components.

• Knowledge in interpreting architectural and structural drawing for building projects.
