BIM Modeller (Drafter)
Key responsibilities
Prepare and update technical drawings based on project requirements.
Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings.
Revise drawings according to site conditions and project requirements.
Coordinate drawings with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and other project teams.
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Assist with material take-off and preparation of drawings when required.
Conduct site visits when necessary to verify actual site conditions.
About you
Diploma / Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Proficient in Auto Desk Revit.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Able to work independently as well as with a project team.
Experience in piping / mechanical / construction drafting is preferred.
Knowledge of M&E, piping or semiconductor projects will be an advantage.
