Bitcoin Business Operations and Strategy Intern

You process Anti-Financial Crime cases, identify suspicious transaction patterns, support KYC checks and regulatory compliance, assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reports, and use compliance tools to reduce risk. You also collaborate across Operations, Product, and Support, improve customer processes, analyze and optimize AI-supported workflows, prepare data-based evaluations, onboard and offboard affiliate partners, and continuously improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process Anti-Financial Crime cases accurately and quickly
• Identify suspicious transaction patterns
• Support KYC checks and regulatory compliance
• Assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reports
• Use compliance tools to minimize risk
• Collaborate across Operations, Product, and Support
• Improve the customer experience across processes
• Analyze and optimize AI-supported workflows
• Prepare data-based evaluations for decision-making
• Onboard and offboard affiliate partners
• Continuously optimize systems and processes

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Interest in Bitcoin, startups, and operational processes
• Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Jira
• Initial experience in a startup, consultancy, or financial industry is preferred
• Understanding of compliance or Anti-Financial Crime topics is preferred
