Biz Ops Intern

You will perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks on new and existing customers as part of due diligence processes, in line with regulatory requirements. You will liaise and coordinate with colleagues from other business departments to ensure onboarding of customers is completed efficiently and on time. You will handle queries and requests from customers, internal business units, and external stakeholders. You will assist with extraction of data for preparation of monthly KPI reports and other ad-hoc reporting. You will ensure daily BAU transaction processes are completed accurately and timely as per defined SLA. You will participate and contribute to ongoing efforts in improving current systems and processes. You will collaborate with the in-house technology team to establish test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You should be able to commit to a full-time, in-person role for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities
