Do you enjoy teaching others to grow and accrue new skills? Then come join our team to help individuals with disabilities live their best life! You will be responsible for creating behavior support plans for individuals, attend behavior meetings and train staff in behavior techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills
- Collect accurate data, complete all data sheets, programming sheets, progress notes, and billing sheets daily
- Create behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and positive supports
- Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches
- Complete all programming requests from BCBAs in a timely manner
- Adhere to NES policies and procedures
- Assist in providing a safe environment for all individuals and staff
- Assist with problem-solving to improve efficiency and ABA supports within the individuals homes
- Attend weekly meetings and training as requested
- Other duties as assigned
