Boutique Manager - Luxury Jewellery/S$9000 + commission

A prestigious luxury watch and jewellery Maison is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead boutique performance, client development, and team excellence. This role will be responsible for driving commercial growth while delivering exceptional client experiences and upholding the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive boutique sales performance, profitability, and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor key retail KPIs and implement action plans to maximise sales opportunities and business growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing boutique team through performance management and training.
• Build and strengthen relationships with VIP and high net worth clients through clienteling, personalised outreach, and CRM initiatives.
• Lead client acquisition activities, appointments, events, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and maintain a premium boutique environment.
• Oversee inventory, stock security, replenishment, and annual product ordering.
• Manage boutique operations including staffing, reporting, administration, and compliance.
• Monitor market intelligence and identify opportunities to strengthen boutique performance.
  

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 10 years of retail experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong experience in luxury watches and jewellery, with High Jewellery or High Complication exposure.
• Established client network with excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial and retail operations acumen.
• Passion for watches, jewellery, and luxury craftsmanship.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Sales driven, customer focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
