- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth by implementing effective relationship management strategies.
- Drive branch performance through targeted sales initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and personalized financial solutions.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management guidelines.
- Monitor branch performance, analyze financial reports and implement action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of branch management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products.
