Branch Manager
Our client is a medium-sized commercial bank in the Philippines dedicated to supporting every Filipino's dreams. With products like pension, home, salary, and MSME loans, along with customized corporate banking services, they focus on helping clients achieve their goals. Additionally, the bank allocates 20% of its annual net income to benefit WWII veterans and their families.
The Branch Head is both a marketing and an operations person, able to do the following:
- Prepare market analysis of trading area based on the identified target market.
- Develop plans and executes its proper implementation and solicits new business to attain branch goals/objectives
- Manage the operations of the branch ensuring that it complies with the Bank's policies and procedures, meets the productive use of resources & effective cost mgt, on time submission of reports and the their approved performance goals/objectives and KRA's.
- Ensures fast and accurate resolution of all RQCs (Requests, Queries, Complaints)
Job Specifications:
Minimum
- Education Requirements: Graduate of any business-related course
Experience:
- Must have at least 4 years experience as a Branch Manager in any financial institution, have a very strong sales and marketing orientation and knowledgeable in branch operations.
