Branch Manager
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in branch management roles within the financial services sector, preferably in gold loans.
- Strong understanding of gold loans, deposits, debentures, and insurance products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Sound knowledge of NPA management and risk mitigation.
