Branch Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Efficiently manage daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Lead and guide the team to achieve targets and improve branch performance.
3. Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
5. Have at least 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in the security or professional services industry.
6. Be willing to be based in Balikpapan.
