Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch including shipment processing, transportation, and customer service.
• Oversee 3 teams - Couriers, Warehouse/Hub Operations, Support team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing any service-related issues.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the express shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English.
