Job Description

• Responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Lampung branch, including sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue goals in Lampung.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Branch Management or sales leadership, preferably automotive or truck industry.
• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
