Branding & Marketing Executive

We are an established interior design company specialising in interior design and renovation.

We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Executive to support our branding and marketing activities, support and strengthen the company’s brand image through marketing activities, manage incoming leads, follow up with potential customers, and handle customer enquiries and issues. The role will work closely with our Sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Can build and protect the company's brand
✔ Knows how to communicate with customers, especially Chinese Speaking customers
✔ Can handle complaints and problems calmly
✔ Can manage and follow up on leads
✔ Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
✔ Can coordinate with Sales and internal teams
✔ Is commercially minded and understands that marketing should ultimately support business growth
✔ Experience in lead generation / CRM / customer follow-up will be an advantage.

✔ Experience in the interior design, renovation, property, retail or related industry is an advantage
