Job title: BSS (Business Support System) Software Engineer

Responsible for the integrated delivery of Huawei software products such as NGBSS, BES, billing, VAS, and FinTech in vertical, horizontal, and public cloud scenarios:

Responsibility:

1. Act as a technical implementation engineer for a single domain in the project (basic tasks include monitoring, work order handling, service consultation, report generation, inspection, change management (medium and low risk), operational configuration, business verification, and support for key events), and be responsible for technical and business implementation, as well as related technical and business processing tasks in the project.

2. Be responsible for the specific implementation and verification of maintenance solutions in a certain domain of the project, such as integration change solutions, data configuration solutions, test acceptance cases and solutions, and complete end-to-end delivery of independent modules.

3. Handle faults and issues in the project, obtain customer review authorization and effectively implement solutions, and identify and avoid technical risks and potential problems in advance.

4. Summarize and document technical delivery cases.

Requirements:

1. Major in computer-related fields, with more than 2 years of experience in system implementation and operation and maintenance.

2. Familiar with Linux/Unix systems, networks, hardware, and related knowledge; proficient in at least one scripting language such as Shell or Python.

3. Experience in maintaining and managing mainstream database systems (MySQL/Oracle).

4.Proficient in automation operation and maintenance tools, familiar with the principles and technologies of network security, and skilled in basic system and application security maintenance techniques.

5.Able to effectively troubleshoot service failures, system failures, and network failures encountered during operation and maintenance;

6. Capable of working well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and possessing strong communication and teamwork skills.

7. English proficiency: Good English communication skills, able to converse fluently with frontline customers/local employees in spoken English.

8. Travel requirements: Willing to travel domestically and internationally for work.
