Business Analyst 1C / Odoo

We are looking for a business analyst to join our project to migrate from 1C to Odoo. The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing current business processes, defining requirements, and overseeing the migration of data and processes to the new ERP system.
Full-time, long-term position.
Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst;
- Practical experience working with 1C;
- Understanding of ERP systems and company business processes;
- Experience participating in system automation or migration projects;
- Skills in describing business processes (BPMN; UML is a plus);
- Experience writing technical specifications and documentation;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Experience working with Odoo;
- Experience migrating from 1C to Odoo;
- Basic understanding of SQL (a plus);
- English intermediate(a plus).
