Business Analyst

Location: Des Moines, IA

· Experience documenting technical specs of an application and understand the underlying data that is driving it

· Experience working within an Oracle Environment and applications, SQL skills for queries, potentially complex SQL queries

· Experience creating technical process flows, data maps that go along with application

· Understanding of Data migration process, data validation

· Client bought in-house application. As they migrate in data from new system is screws up other systems

· Experience testing from a data validation perspective. Possibly setting up some test scenarios

· Insurance claims/processing and billing systems experience is helpful

· Visio and Word for documenting mappings

Need candidate on W2 and only locals or one who can come for F2F
