For one of our financial clients we are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in KYC onboarding processes within the pension sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical understanding, enabling them to analyze complex data and communicate findings effectively. The role focuses on improving customer experience while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing project deliveries and clarifications to enhance KYC onboarding processes.
Proactively manage clarifications and ensure timely project deliveries.
Analyze and present information clearly, demonstrating both business and technical understanding.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance compliance.
Document organizational decisions concerning KYC processes.
Prioritize individual workload while supporting customer service teams.
Facilitate stakeholder communication to align business and IT objectives.
Support the establishment of project priorities, dependencies, and risk assessments.
Contribute positively to a constructive work environment.
