Business Analyst
Location: Kraków hybrid ( 6-8 x per month)

We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our clients team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to shape and deliver innovative onboarding solutions for complex institutional clients on a global scale.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp complex business domains and processes.
- Hands-on experience in client onboarding, financial products.
- Proven expertise in requirement engineering for complex, end-to-end projects.
- Technical understanding of APIs, system integration, and SQL.
- Full life cycle experience – from requirement gathering to delivery – in a business-facing IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across varying levels of seniority, both business and IT.
- Proactive in escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
- Results-driven, with a delivery-focused mindset on both individual tasks and broader project goals.
