Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large, globally operating financial institution. The role involves working within complex banking environments, focusing on credit risk and portfolio management reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical and functional solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of MI reporting, ideally in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis across complex systems
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Hands-on experience collaborating with offshore development, testing, and analysis teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2+)
