Business Analyst cum Developer (Jira)

Key Responsibilities

Own and support a custom Jira Data Center application, including O&M lifecycle, ticket management, troubleshooting and deployment planning.
Administer Jira Data Center infrastructure, upgrades, configurations and plugins such as ScriptRunner/Groovy.
Maintain SSL/HTTPS infrastructure and support migration activities.
Debug and maintain REST API integrations with external systems.
Resolve database-level issues, including connection management and performance tuning.
Provide Jira Data Center product expertise and recommend appropriate solutions.
Gather requirements and perform business analysis to translate requirements into features.
Configure Jira Plans and resolve cross-project dependencies.
Manage SLA compliance, ticket triage and resolution across severity levels.
Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
