Job Description/ Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
- Experience creating and managing epics, features, user stories, and project backlogs.
- 5+ years of experience understanding BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements.
- Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience creating product roadmaps.
- Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio is preferred.
- 2+ years of QA experience is preferred.
