In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex legal operational needs and technical execution, ensuring that our digital backbone for legal processes is secure, compliant, and highly efficient. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy in a Legal Operations industry
- Deep understanding of the Legal & Compliance domain, including Matter Management, document management, legal spend, and contract management
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, with experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors
- Strong understanding of data flow and system integration, with a proactive, builder mentality to tackle complex workflows
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Polish, and residency in Poland
