Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our client´s team . In this role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and developing solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.

In this Role, you will get to:

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

• Work closely with country managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including

• Identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from business.

Each team member is responsible of several countries (3-5) and attend ad-hoc needs, mainly:

-Definition of campaigns and post-evaluation

-Long term visions detecting gaps to be solved -Benchmarking

-Specific data requirements

Required Skills

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.

• Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development.

• Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, R or similar).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of

• information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
