Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the ITPM initiative, overseeing the risk assessment of the service catalog as well as the risk assessment of some 3,300 agreements (ICSA). Working with stakeholders across the service providers and service recipients to complete the TP-RAP assessments.

• Review and communicate the Control Assessment process, including risk assessments and the provision of necessary documentation, that support the overall risk process.
• Assist with the management and execution of the team’s ITPM initiative.
• Prepare minutes and execute on other follow-up for meetings led by the group;
• Provide assistance with presentations, reports, and other materials for internal stakeholders
• Work on other strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the ITPM teamQualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years experience
• Ability to produce thorough and accurate work product under tight timelines
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with senior management
• Strong collaboration, team-building, and relationship-management skills
• Poise and clear-headedness in challenging situations
• Self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
