Conceptualize digital user journeys in partnership with business, technology, markets, and product teams.
Collect and define functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements, designing and prioritizing features alongside technology teams.
Translate internal and external customer needs into a cohesive product strategy, driving stakeholder alignment and managing the backlog based on quarterly business reviews.
Manage the full product lifecycle for client-facing mobile applications, taking ownership of business requirements and regional implementation.
Coordinate with Agile Release Trains to deliver core capabilities, balancing trade-offs and resolving cross-team dependencies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, regularly communicating product strategy through clear presentations and maintaining active user feedback loops.
Partner with change management teams to produce client and front-office engagement materials, while organizing and driving training initiatives.
Enforce structured project management standards, including clear role definitions and ongoing backlog refinement.
Analyze online user behavior and usability testing data to continually refine and enhance digital customer journeys.
Establish product adoption frameworks and feedback mechanisms to ensure solution offerings continuously align with user needs.
Skills and Requirements
