Summary: The Technical SME / Technical Business Analyst will support AI-driven projects within banking, focusing on software solutions. The role emphasizes direct collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to support software delivery initiatives.
Gather, clarify, and translate business and technical requirements.
Participate in discussions around solution design, workflows, and system integration.
Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to delivery planning and prioritization activities.
Work as an active member of the delivery team, supporting day-to-day execution.
Help ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in the banking industry.
Experience participating in successful software delivery projects.
Strong collaboration skills with IT and engineering teams.
Good understanding of technology concepts and technical communication.
Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.
Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Nice to Have:
Experience with rapid prototyping.
Ability to build simple solutions using Copilot or AI-based tooling.
Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or modern software delivery environments.
