Business Analyst - Telecom BSS

- Analysis of all the demand requirements - Understand data usage w.r.t business users, pain points - Create Requirement documents and business process flows based on input from business and technical teams - Co-ordinate with design team to analyze feasibility of requirements collected - Co-ordinate with design team to ensure all requirements are catered in the final design - Co-ordinate with test team to ensure all requirements are catered in test design - Agree with test and business team to define the BAT scope and test cases - Act as proxy business in preparation for BAT - Drive BAT along with Product Owner and Test lead.

Hands on experience experience as Business Analyst preferably in telecom BSS domain w.r.t data management having insight of business workflow, revenue management, Telecom order and assurance systems. Must have Consumer Application experience. - Knowledge of Telecom BSS domain and Processes - Candidate Must have Negotiation and Influencing skills Knowledge of Telecom sales, order and assurance processes - Candidate must have Good Communication skills - Candidate Must have Negotiation and Influencing skills - Ability to synthesize information from a variety of data sources into a logical, organized and concise manner. - Strong written, verbal communication skills skills and ability to work within a Global team - Strong attention to details and can analyze information quickly
