- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product‑centric environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN preferred)
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments: hosting, data, networks, APIs, microservices
- Ability to produce:
- User Stories
- Epics
- BDD scenarios
- Gap & Options Analysis
- Data Mapping
- Process Mapping
- UAT support
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and protect delivery teams from unplanned work
- Critical thinking and ability to highlight risks
- Confidence to challenge decisions using data
- Team‑oriented mindset and adaptability
