Business Analyst

Are you ready to shape the future of mobile gaming? We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our User Acquisition / Marketing team at WildLife Studios.

Be part of our User Acquisition team where we decide how our marketing investment gets deployed to bring players into our games. We work with large datasets across global platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, building the models, tests, and tooling that tell us which spend is actually generating profit. If you like ambiguous problems, fast feedback loops, and seeing your analysis change a decision within the same week, this is where gaming and growth collide.

The right person for this position is curious by nature, very proactive, has high judgement to prioritize and solve problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Analyses: Monitor, analyze, and optimize new user acquisition campaigns to maximize profit.
  • Creative Testing: Designing A/B tests and finding innovative ways to engage audiences.
  • Project Prioritization: Using high judgment to solve problems and drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-functional teamwork: Drive alignment with key stakeholders on user acquisition performance.


What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL, R or Python is a plus.


Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
  • Previous experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methodologies for evaluating creative performance.
