Business Architect
- Candidate should be a native language speaking / local
- Should have strong Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Should have strong Business Analyst Skills
- Should be able to absorb and articulate both Technical and Functional aspects of the applications, IT systems
- Should be able to understand the IT landscape, systems overview
- Must be able to produce strategy for IT transformation, Business Transformation
- Need to be able to interact and channelize opportunities, new wins for Hexaware by liaising with Senior Client Business Sponsors
- Must have hands-on experience working on similar client set up
- Must be able to provide direction to Business and IT stakeholders in producing application roadmap
- COTS product knowledge (Guidewire , Duck creek) preferred
- Should have strong stakeholder management skills
- Norwegian speaker
- Experience in Insurance domain
- Worked with EU Banks
