In Australia, our products, IT systems and services are primarily used by state governments to manage public housing and in emergency response call centres.

About the position:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Client Services Team to showcase the various NEC Housing modules and their dynamic features to NEC customers through the provision of consultancy, implementation advice, training, configuration and application support related to the NEC Housing product suite.
This includes to:
Enable customers to make the best use of the NEC Housing system
Provision of ‘best practice’ and business consultancy
Provide impact analysis when new functionality is introduced
Support product configuration and system testing activities
Provide end user or train the trainer training
Develop in depth knowledge of the complete NEC Housing system and complimentary NEC products
Identify and develop opportunities for revenue generation through provision of additional services and solutions to NEC customers
Work with the customer on product implementation, facilitating workshops, analysing requirements, demonstrating configuration options and assisting with training
Co-ordinate with the UK based Product and Development team in the design, specification, development and testing of new functionality
Investigate and assist in the resolution of issues arising as a result of customer testing
Assist the Housing Customer Support team in the provision of Application Support services as necessary
Create and maintain internal and customer facing documentation at a high standard
Assist in the preparation of client communications and
Other duties and/or special projects as required by the General Manager ANZ or in accordance with business needs from time to time.
Personal Qualities, Skills and Experience:
Where possible:
Self motivated
Ability to be creative and innovative and demonstrate a passion for customer service
Fantastic customer relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Outstanding time management and organisational skills, with proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Presentation and public speaking skills
At least 3 years’ working for / with the Public Housing Sector
Experienced in the use / support of Housing application software
Experienced in the use / support of the NEC Housing product (desirable)
Experience of implementing a housing management system (desirable)
