Job Description
- Examine market trends, product sales, and conduct competitor analysis to uncover potential growth areas of improvements
- Regularly visit retail stores to evaluate store operations and performances.
- Assess sales and inventory data to monitor product performance, identify trends, and optimise stock levels.
- Create detailed reports on brand performance, including competitive insights, store key performance indicators, and product assortment effectiveness.
- Work with senior management to develop and execute strategies to boost revenue across all retail channels.
- Gather and manage accurate customer information, track account performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business results.
Requirement
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or relevant
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Experience in analytic roles, preferably in business development
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of retail industries, particularly for the Indonesia's fashion market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
