Business Development Associate | Sales & Events

No sales experience? That's okay.

This is a hands-on, face-to-face sales role where you'll represent established brands at events and campaign locations.

At Royal Organisation, you’ll represent established brands through face-to-face events and campaigns while developing practical skills in sales, communication and customer engagement.

No prior sales experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers at events and campaign locations
• Present our clients’ products or services
• Learn sales presentation and objection-handling skills
• Work towards individual and team targets
• Participate in regular training and coaching
