Business Development Director
Our client is a China digital marketing agency with global business. With expansion in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Business Development Director who mainly focuses on Banking, Hospitality and Property to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities for new clients for the business in Hong Kong market
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets
- Regularly visit existing and potential clients to introduce agency credentials, and build business relationships
- Participate in RFPs to win new business
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
- Build up local sales and account service team
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in Marketing Agency
- Existing client network (Banking, Hospitality or Property) in Hong Kong is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skill to be able to build professional relationships
- Possess business acumen and marketing senses, experience in new business development and key account management is an added advantage
